Technologies

These are the domains I work in and write about — where I spend my time turning enterprise technology ambition into systems that actually ship. One thread runs through all of them: AI fails in the operating model, not the model. Here’s what each area covers; for the posts themselves, head to Start Here.

GenAI × Enterprise Infrastructure

Reference architectures for putting AI into real systems — agentic workflows, RAG and enterprise search, and the disaggregated, GPU-dense platforms that sit underneath enterprise GenAI. Vision at the top, wiring underneath.

Platform & Architecture Strategy

The build-vs-buy calls, the operating-DNA decisions, and the tradeoffs that decide whether a platform scales or stalls — written as the reasoning behind the call, not just the call.

Automation & Infrastructure as Code

Hands-on, reproducible engineering with Ansible, Kubernetes, Python, ServiceNow, and REST APIs — the kind with code you can lift and run, plus the IaC security practices to keep it safe.

Performance & Benchmarking

My signature discipline: measure it. Real methodology and real numbers — fio, vdbench, and HammerDB against enterprise storage and databases — because a claim without a benchmark is just an opinion.
